An Action Plan is a plan that lists several activities that are supposed to be performed if certain conditions are met.
Conditions to be checked can be

Temperature values in relation to specified values (Temperature files)

Existence of active alarms (alarm holder objects)
If no condition is specified, this action plan will execute unconditionally.
Possible activities are:

Another Action Plan

Turning on or off a particular DIN Sub Relay

Turning on or off an alarm

Generating and sending a prepared Email

Just wait a little bit
The activities are performed in the order they are listed, and each activity needs to complete (or timeout) before the next proceeds.
Because an Action Plan can reference other Action Plans as part of the activities, a tree-like structure can be setup for complex tasks.
