This is an entry of an state change request to a DIN relay, that is generated by SAFO every time one of the relays within the DIN Relay needs to be switched. The format is
<Internal Timestamp> DINST: <identifier of DIN Relay = <states of each relay>
The states are indicated by “+” for “on” and “-” for “off”, relay 1 thru 8 from left to right, separated by “:”
